Had a great time renting from Kona Scooters. It was my first time back on a bike in 5 years. Yes! The scooter rental place has solid motorcycles to rent. I rented a Benelli 500 Leo. It was fantastic for cruising back-roads and getting around on the highway. I was a walk in customer and they had plenty of options to choose from, plus this was half the cost of other motorcycle rentals. Will stop here again on my next visit to the Big Island.

Kona Scooters was amazing. I rented their Benelli 302s motorcycle to explore the island solo for over a week and it was the best decision. The bike was so much fun. Jay and staff were incredibly helpful. Would absolutely book with them again.

Kona Scooters is the BEST motorcycle rental business in Kona! Andrew and Michael are absolutely the best customer service people a business and customers could ask for.
Not only do they have scooters and mopeds, you can also rent a big bike such as a Harley, BMW, or an Indian. Their selection of these big bikes moves pretty quickly, so be certain they are available by giving them a call, before you get there.
They also have an awesome pit crew. They insist on keeping the bikes in top-notch shape for the safety of their customers. Where pricing is an issue, they are fairly priced at rates equal to or lower than the other places.
Stop in, meet the guys, rent with confidence knowing they got your back in the rental process, stellar service, fair pricing and quality of products offered.
Will definitely return when I return. Would give them 2- 5star ratings if I could.

Very helpful and accommodating. Made rentals for three different days. One being a party of 7 and jay and the crew was very helpful. The process is easy and the mopeds are a blast. Rented 50cc and 170cc. Will always choose Kona scooters when possible. Price is very reasonable as well.

Owner is such a great guy, very friendly and puts safety first, and the pricing is very good. I had rented 2 scooters and one of the batteries died, he came out to pick us up and the scooter and help us out. Went above and beyond! Definitely a business worth supporting and a great experience all around.
